By accessing or using PrepSync you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity.
• No scraping or rate-limiting circumvention.
• No sharing of paid content outside your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel from the account portal. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

PrepSync and its content are owned by PrepSync and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or that the service will meet your needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepSync will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
